Stock and Special Orders

If the product you have ordered will take an unacceptable time to arrive into our warehouse a team member will make contact with you to discuss your options.

Special orders generally take 3-5 weeks to arrive into our warehouse, these times may vary from supplier to supplier. 

At all times The Bathroom Place ® team will be in close contact and keep you informed on the progress of your order.

Custom made to order goods (vanities, heated towel rails, mirrors etc), special finishes orders (i.e. Tapware), special order Indent items, sale items and floor stock clearance items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
